What is AutoEnter Live?

AutoEnter Live is a virtual two-day event created for the Claris community. You can expect to see a few familiar faces in our keynote and other sessions as well! To drive creative collaboration, attendees are invited to join the discussion in real-time online for a truly unique learning experience.

Who can attend?

All users and developers from the Claris community are welcome (encouraged!) to attend.

Who's hosting the event?

AutoEnter Live is hosted by Proof+Geist and Soliant Consulting.

When is registration open?

We expect attendee registration to open Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Call for speakers will start Friday, May 13, 2022.

When is the event?

AutoEnter Live will take place Tuesday, July 19 and Wednesday, July 20, 2022. It will provide two full days of learning and community engagement.

Is it free?

Yes! Thanks to our hosts and sponsors, AutoEnter Live is free to the Claris community. We ask that you register in advance to ensure we provide adequate technology and resources for all.

How do I connect with other attendees?

Who can be a vendor?

We invite companies offering Claris-related products and services to join AutoEnter Live as a vendor. With your support, we offer both vendor sessions and vendor booths on our event platform.

What's the cost?

Can I have more than one booth for my company?

Yep! We understand that some companies have multiple offerings that may benefit from multiple booths.

Can I talk about my product in a session?

Yes, as long as it supports the mission of AutoEnter Live to educate the community. While we don't discourage product mentions within a normal session, we do ask that marketing sessions are limited to vendor sessions. When sharing your product and/or service during your vendor session, please focus on how it improves Claris business solutions with customer stories and technical insights.

Can I submit a vendor session?

Once vendor submissions open, we will provide more details about submitting vendor session recordings.


What's the timeline for submissions?

Call for speakers starts May 13, 2022, with submissions due no later than June 6, 2022. 🗓️

Where can I submit my proposal(s)?

Right here! For each session you propose, you will need to enter a title and a description of what you plan to share in your session. If chosen, we’ll ask you for a description of your session for the schedule.

What does a session look like?

We're allocating 25-minute time slots for pre-recorded sessions on technical topics, customer stories, and innovative ways to leverage the Claris platform. While your recording plays during the virtual conference, we ask that you join in for a live Q&A with attendees on the event platform.

What if I submitted a proposal for Engage?

Awesome! Feel free to reuse that content here and submit it on our AutoEnter Live submission form.

Does a session have to be 25 minutes?

Ideally! But anything between 20 and 25 minutes will work.

What types of topics should I submit?

We are looking for inspiring stories, exciting techniques, and exceptional apps using the Claris platform. This is a chance to share what you know with the Claris FileMaker community. Some potential topics include:

  • Scripting and calculation techniques 🤓
  • API and integrations ⚙️
  • Security 🔒
  • Claris Connect 🔌
  • Design 🎨

How many sessions can I submit?

You can submit up to three sessions. We welcome multi-session presentations if 25 minutes per session doesn’t feel like enough time.

What perks do I get?

In addition to showing off your technical expertise and gaining speaker experience, it's a great way to network with industry leaders and engage many Claris users at once.

AutoEnter will provide you with a headshot service that will be used for your speaker bio, that you can also use for your own personal and professional needs.

Speakers will also recieve an AutoEnter shirt. 👕

What’s the timeline if my session is selected?

If your proposal is accepted, you will be expected to submit the following deliverables:

  • A finalized title and a short description of your session for the schedule, due no later than June 27th
  • A recorded 25-minute video session, due no later than July 12th

What happens to my content after the event?

Your presentation will be available on the web, where the Claris community can continue to access your exciting content.
